Personally, I’ve always been fascinated with strength sports and health. I got into it because I was overweight as a teenager and decided at the time to do something about it. I started exercising, lost over 50 kilos and achieved my target physique. This was followed by a whole series of trainings and courses to develop my skills in training methods and principles.
During my time as a trainer I have gained all the necessary experience and learned the most effective method to coach (recreational) athletes to their maximum potential.
