Hey! My name is Roxanne and from my childhood I have had a lot of affinity with nutrition and health.
Ultimately, I chose to turn my passion into action; since 2011 I have been working as a Health Coach. I think it is great to guide and support people in the field of nutrition and health, this is where I get my daily portion of energy.
My motto is “Body and Mind in Balance”; I take five principles as a starting point: “better health, a better / slimmer figure, more energy, more exercise and motivation”. In my view, these five elements are inextricably linked. Sport and (healthy) nutrition / lifestyle are also inextricably linked; With me as a nutritionist and a personal trainer from Get Fit Stay Fit, you have everything you need for a healthy, lean and vital body.
