Every person, every body is different and for everyone there is a way to practice yoga. You don’t have to be flexible or nimble. You certainly don’t need any special clothing. Wear clothes in which you can move comfortably. Bring your curiosity and come and discover which way of yoga suits you!

Yoga at Get Fit Stay Fit

Yoga can help you create a better connection with your own body. By consciously moving and breathing consciously, we learn to better recognize the signals of our body. This allows you to better give yourself what you need and perhaps even prevent injuries or stress-related complaints. Yoga can help you become stronger and more flexible.

In our 1-on-1 and small group yoga classes there is a lot of personal attention, so that everyone is supported to find both effort and relaxation. We work on building strength, balance and at the same time we work on relaxation and allowing rest.

Each posture can be adapted to the possibilities your body has when we step on the mat together.

Pilates at Get Fit Stay Fit

Pilates is a pleasant way of exercising and helps to improve your mobility in a short time. Suitable as fitness and maintenance training, you train balance, flexibility and endurance. In our pilates training we mainly focus on the muscle groups of the abdomen, low back and pelvis, as well as the shoulders and neck – the place where tension and stress are often felt first.

You can follow yoga in a small group, but it is also possible to follow a 1-on-1 class.
