In our new studio at Breitnerlaan 8 in Benoordenhout you can train by appointment with one of our Personal Trainers.
We always work by appointment, 365 days a year. Training takes place from 6am to 11pm, every day of the week! This beautiful new studio also has a beautiful garden, where you can train outside all year round.
