Are you a beginner or a very experienced (marathon) runner?
We are happy to help you in a safe, efficient and pleasant way! Our trainers are very happy to collaborate with you to get the best out of yourself!
We offer you all the guidance and coaching you need and train together with you to achieve the goals you have set. During the training, attention is paid to running posture, running technique, breathing, vision, strength exercises, injury prevention and learning to listen to your body.
We also offer specific training courses for the advanced runner, such as: Long runs with pace accelerations, interval training, long slow distance training, hill training and other challenging tailor-made workouts. With this diversity of training we work on your basic speed, endurance, pace, running techniques, breathing, improving PR and other objectives set by you.
In addition to running, it is also possible to get nutritional advice from our nutritionist to make healthy living even more complete for you – conscious exercise and eating.
