Running Training
Running training is available by appointment, 7 days a week, from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m.

We would like to help you in a safe, efficient and enjoyable way!
Our trainers will gladly work with you to get the best out of yourself!
We offer you all the guidance and coaching you need and train with you to achieve your goals. During the trainings we focus on running posture, running technique, breathing, vision, strength exercises, injury prevention and learning to listen to your body.
We also offer specific workouts for the advanced runner such as:
Long endurance runs with tempo acceleration, interval training, long slow distance training, hill training and other challenging customized workouts.
With this diversity of training we work on your basic speed, endurance, pace, running techniques, breathing, PR improvement and other goals set by you.
In addition to running, it is also possible to get nutritional advice with our nutritionist to make healthy living even more complete for you – conscious exercise and eating.
