How does it work?
We always make an appointment without obligation for a personal intake interview. After this introductory meeting, we have a good idea which Personal Trainer from our team best suits your personality, objective (s), expectations, any physical limitations and available time. After this you make appointments together with your own trainer in our Personal Training Studios, in the open air or at your home. From now on you can get started with your trainer!
You can expect a lot of variety and different exercises from your trainer. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an advanced one. All GFSF trainers are highly professional and know exactly what you need. Do you also need, for example, physiotherapy or nutritional advice? That is also possible at GFSF! Everything you need, under 1 roof! Due to the good cooperation between the trainers, physiotherapists and nutritional counselors you will achieve the best achievable result.
