Hi! I am Ruben Schelbert and come from Switzerland. Thanks to my wife, I now live in The Hague and will be working for GFSF. In addition, I am trainer of the men’s selection with the handball players of Quintus and follow a part-time course to become a physiotherapist. I myself was active for years as a pro handball player, have a master’s degree in sports science and am now doing part-time training as a physiotherapist. For several years, I have been working as a trainer/coach in the health and fitness sector. My focus is always on overall well-being, where sport, exercise, tension and relaxation play a major role. With this focus, I create varied, challenging and personalised sessions with my clients. I am looking forward to getting to work with all the clients of GFSF!
