My specialties are Pilates, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Total Body Workouts and mindfulness. You can use the techniques I teach you to stay in balance physically and mentally, even if you are out of control for a while. In addition, the training increases the strength in your core and your flexibility. I teach you to consciously relax and exert yourself.
