I have been working as a vitality coach for some time now, mainly with companies to prevent absenteeism.

What exactly does a vitality coach do? I get this question very often. As a vitality coach, I focus on your overall well-being.
We work on the six pillars of the vitality pyramid: nutrition, exercise, relaxation, positive thinking, meaningful living and supportive relationships.

A vitality coach creates structural changes in your behavior, with the goal of making you feel more vital again and more in balance with yourself and life.

My coaching focuses on awareness of your lifestyle habits and how they affect your behavior and emotions. We work step by step towards a sustainable behavioral change that will increase the quality of your life.
